This ministry is designed to welcome new members into Tusculum quickly, helping them to discover their talents and put them to use for the Kingdom.

What We Do
Foster healthy ministry involvement for new members; provide a talent discovery process that allows new members to be placed into fitting ministries; create mentoring relationships with established members as a welcome to congregational life.
